Two New Videos For the Year

This is me!!>>
2014 is wrapping up. So these last two videos I uploaded will be the last for this year, except tomorrow I may put together a video to finish off 2014 and then upload a special video for 2015. Anyways, I one video last night click here to watch it. I also uploaded one just a few minutes ago click here to watch it. For 2015 I am going to try to do something different than usual, just as I tried something different in 2014 than in 2013. By that I mean make more animation and have them be more complicated and possibly longer than they are now.

Okay, what is this on the right hand of the screen? Is it the boogeyman? No, it is the video I uploaded last night. I apologize if that image gives you nightmares. It gave me one last night. It is called "Oh Darling". The video does not make any sense. Cheese pops out realistic eyes and starts singing about a lady. Its not supposed to make sense. He sings a small part from the Led Zeppelin song "Over The Hills and Far Away".  Making this video was creepy, being in a dark room at night with that thing taking up the entire screen and staring at you is not a very pleasant sight. If you are wondering how someone could come up with this, me too.

  The second video is called "Ohhh". This video is just a test. I was trying to get a more stable camera angle so the frames are not jumping all around the place. I also tried making it in a different location and use a different camera. It didn't work, so I will go back to making these types of animation back where I usually make them, and try a different camera. With the song, I used "Smokin'" again. I figured that if I started the year off with using that song in my first video, why not end the year too.
       Just before I end this post, I will not post tomorrow so I wish all of you reading a happy new year, and I will see you all again in 2015.

I Hope You All Had A Great Christmas!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas. I know I did. I uploaded my Christmas video the morning of Christmas Eve. Click here to watch it. I also have some new updates finally.








To get started, I have some updates. These are not major in any way, but I thought it would be helpful to know. I have a brand new computer. So I will eventually start making videos on it. I say eventually because I still have the other computer running, and with my situation, I have used the same computer for every video for almost two years now, using the same keyboards, mouse, monitors, and software, and with this new computer, my mouse and keyboard are smaller and work a little bit differently. That is no big deal because once I get used to using this new equipment there will be zero difference between videos made on either computer. I will be using both computers to make videos which will be very convenient. It also means that I will have faster access to my messages and my account so I can read my emails quicker. I also have a new phone which will notify me if I get a message which will be very helpful to reply to any messages as fast as I can. If you are reading this then none of these updates will mean anything to you. Everything will be the same, but for me it will be more convenient.

 The video I uploaded is called "Merry Christmas Everyone!'. It uses the song "Christmas is the Time to Say I Love You" by Billy Squier. I made this video a few weeks ago, I mentioned finishing it in the last blog post. I am pretty satisfied with it. I made some animation in the beginning, some pictures which took some extra time putting together. I also used some of my best work from the year in a section of the video. I used only my alien characters just because I have been using them for the past few months.

Christmas Video Already Made

This is me!!>>
I have not posted for quite awhile, as I have felt it would be unnecessary as there really is not much to say about the videos that I have uploaded, but for some of the past videos I have interesting stories, so I will write about all of them briefly in this post. I also have some videos that are coming out pretty soon. I have made quite a few since the last video, but so I don't upload too much at one time I will send them out sometime this week. Some other good news is that starting today all my new videos up until Christmas (with the exception of the videos that I have mentioned earlier that will be released later this week) will be Christmas themed. I will make several small videos throughout this next month, and including one grand Christmas video which I have already started and completed, which I am pretty satisfied with, but I will hold off uploading it until December 24th on Christmas Eve. Since that video is not last minute I had plenty of time to make it longer than usual and put some good work into it. Anyways I will dive in and explain my recent videos.

 The first video is called "Happy Birthday Suasagerolls234" unfortunately I cannot post a link as Blogger is glitching out on the links. So visit my Youtube channel Floppy98x42 to watch it. This video is made for Suasageroll234's birthday, it is just one frame and uses a snippet of the song "Party" by Boston. It was a quick video as I had quite a bit to do and little time for anything else. If you have been paying attention to my videos for the last few months, you may of noticed I started using Cheese the alien in most of my videos, the reason for that is I am taking a break from using the same characters, as I have used the same characters continuously for four years, even though Cheese was created four years ago, I had not used him for a few years. Eventually I bring those older characters back, but for now I will be using some of my lesser used characters in videos.

The second video is called "Mean Mistreater" which is a song by "Grand Funk Railroad". It is technically a Halloween video although there is not much Halloween in it. I am not to fond of this video as I did make an error in a section of the video, and at the ending looks rushed, but actually I had no idea what to put there. I do like the animation at the beginning of the tear drop, but I put in an effect to make the scene look older, but it makes it harder to see. I should of used a different song as although Grand Funk is a great band, this song does work for making animations. By the way, if you want to know what the video is about, it is a cat with Nicolas Cage's face on it killing Cheese and feeling displeased.

The third video is called "Ebola". This was when all the news was about Ebola and causing panic everywhere. In the video Cheese says he "hot blooded" I use the song by Foreigner, and his doctor sees his temperature and instantly assumes Ebola, so the end is Cheese being quarantined.

The next video is my Halloween video. I went through a bunch of video ideas trying to get the right Halloween video. I will upload those unfinished videos at the end of the year as there is quite a few, and although unfinished, they have some parts that I like. This video happened to be my final outcome. There is a ghost that pops up and stares at a guy dressed in protective clothing who then throws test tubes of Ebola at it. The guy that throws the test tube is a joke that I made up where he throws Ebola at everything, and the ghost happened to be a victim. I liked the animation in this, it took a little extra time to put together-not really.

The fith video is called "Crack". This one I put two pieces of audio together. The cracking is a free sound effect of a person cracking a peanut  in front of the microphone, and the scream is actually the ending of a song "Won't Get Fooled Again" by the Who, but I found the isolated vocal track so there is no background instruments. The video is pretty self explanatory, Cheese drops a box on his foot and screams. Its amazing what the human mind comes up with in the middle of the afternoon.

The next video is called "Who Stole my Lollipop?" it uses audio from Spongebob.  I use Cheese, along with a really old character which is the one with the green sweatshirt, who is a character I made books of back when I was in third grade. The other guy with the blue shirt is just a character I made up. I do not like the laughing part in the video because I feel that I could of done better there. After this video I take a two week break of uploading videos due to influenza.

 The next video is called "Love Hurts". It has Cheese holding a sandwich and something falls out of it and he is upset and buries it. I like the animation in this one, it is essentially the same as in "Mean Mistreater" but without the effects so it can be seen more clearly. That feeling when something falls out your sandwich happens to me on a regular basis.

The next video is called "Today". I do not know what I was thinking with the drawing of the first part, but I do not like it. However, the second part I really like. I like the animation of him spinning, and it actually was pretty easy to do. To put it in basic terms, I animated him spinning 90 degrees counter clockwise, and just reversed the animation for when he spins the last 90 degrees. At the end I put in the subtitles just to enhance it a little bit.

The last video is called "I Wanted Milk". It uses King of the Hill audio. It is an old lady who complains that "cream makes her loagy". If you do not know what "loagy" means, it is the general ill feeling. I thought this was fun to make, I thought just the word "loagy" is a pretty funny word to use.

  Before I wrap up, I will be putting quite a few videos out this month just to wrap up 2014, so stay tuned for that.

6 Years

This is me!!>>
Yesterday (November 26) has been six years since I have joined Youtube. Last year on my 5th year I had planned to post three videos every November 26th, which would be a special video, a timeline, and an update video. I did not make the special video yet, but it will come out soon. I decided not to make an updates video because I am not updating anything, as of now there is nothing I am thinking about changing. I did not make another timeline video because it would be the same as last years with the exception of videos from 2014 on it. Otherwise, I would like to thank everyone for visiting this blog and for watching my videos. When I made my Youtube account back in 2008 I was only going to use it for commenting on videos, I never expected to be uploading them. That is it, thank you, and buh bye!

Halloween Videos Coming

I uploaded a new video click here to watch it. There will be plenty of Halloween videos coming out this month. So keep visiting my channel for that.









It is October now, so there will plenty of Halloween videos coming out. I have several ideas, and I am getting a lot done. On the 31st, if everything goes well, there will be a special video uploaded on that day. The only issue I have now, is that I have been working on the special video, but it has not been turning out, so I will have to rethink it through and either redo it or fix it. All of this should be done way before Halloween so that won't affect anything.

The video I uploaded is called "Every Breath You Take." It uses a song by the same name by "The Police." It is about Barack Obama watching somebody. At the end it says "Obama is watching you." This video was just made for entertainment, not to hate on Obama. This took an unusually long time to make, mainly because I kept getting distracted. This video is not scary at all, it is a joke, but using Obama is a reference to the NSA spying to add a little creepiness.
  I will not feature a character this time.

4 Videos in the Last 3 Weeks

I am back after a short break of not updating this blog, since I did not update in the last 3 weeks, I will give an overview of those 4 videos I uploaded. I am not going to feature a character today.








The first video was uploaded 2 weeks ago. Click here to watch it. It is called "I'm Too Fat". This video I used a small audio clip from "King of the Hill". I did not plan on uploading it, but I had nothing else to upload, so I fixed it up the best that I could. There is some animations errors in it. In the video it shows a really fat alien who is too fat to be pulled by a trap.

The second video was also uploaded 2 weeks ago. Click here to watch it. It is called "Why?". It also uses audio from "King of the Hill". Trying to find the audio for this was a pain, as the only bit of audio I could find that was not some guy filming his television with a cheap cell phone, contained some slight pitch alterations which made the audio sound high pitched. Since this was the best I could find, I used it. It has Cheese talking to a guy supposedly named Mitchell.

The third video was uploaded a few days ago. Click here to watch it. It uses and "Alice Cooper" song that I thought was funny. In scene where the minister is reading the hymnal, I put in the background some things that are in the Church that attend, such as the plate of communion wafers and the pitcher of wine, it also has the altar table. The minister is wearing the black suit with the white tag that ministers usually wear. I rushed the editing of this video a little bit because I did not feel well, and I felt I needed to see a doctor so I finished quickly.

 The last video I uploaded was today. Click here to watch it. It is an older video of mine, I made it at the beginning of summer, but when I put it together I was not satisfied with it so I abandoned it. However, today I found it and changed the audio and took some bits out, so it really is not the same thing as the the original video.

New Video Last Night

I uploaded a new video last night. Click here to watch it. School has started again and I was distracted by that for a few days. School will not mess with the schedule of videos, so everything will be the same as it was when there was no school.

The video I uploaded is called "Loser". It uses audio from "King of the Hill". I used a new character for it. This video was very quick to make. It only took about ten minutes. Other than that, there is nothing else to it.

The featured character is the same one I used in the video. This character was made yesterday. Suasage pretty much created it. She suggested the "J" on the shirt, his head shape, and the way he frowns (his smile rotates into a frown). Since this character is brand new, he has only been in one video. But he will be in more in the future.

Brand New Video

I just uploaded a new video about one minute ago.
Click here to watch it. Other than that, there is nothing out of the ordinary.

 The video I uploaded is called "I'm Just Taking my Time". I made the animation part last week but it was not turning out so I just left it there. However, I realized that the animation was fine, I just made a whole bunch of mistakes so I just re-arranged the animation so that it turned out.

The featured character is named "Kad". This is another character that I made in 2010. He is one of my first characters I ever made since I started making animations (my first characters are 3-4 years older). Possibly the sixteenth character. I based how he looks off of something but I cannot recall what, I did not even know at the time I made him. He is just a blue speck. I never could really describe what he is so I always said a "dust bunny". He wears a top hat and even sleeps in it. He is one of my most used characters.

Another New Video

This is me!!>>
I made another new video today. Click here to watch it. I am not going to feature a character today because I did that yesterday and I want to keep it a weekly thing.

The video is called "The Mind of a Robot". It uses the song "Run to the Hills" by "Iron Maiden". I don't actually listen to Iron Maiden songs so this was a strange choice. The video starts out with a robot looking innocent, then it goes into its mind and shows all the thoughts of destruction. I came up with the idea a few months ago, but only just got around to making it into a video. That character I used took a long time to draw, it is not as easy as it looks to draw. I had to redo the animation part of the video because I was not satisfied with the drawing of the character. I chose to make this video because I have not used this character in awhile.

New Video Just Uploaded

I uploaded a new video just seconds ago. I am back in the mood for making videos now. Click here to watch the video. Other than that, nothing new.

The video I uploaded is called "Lick it Up". It uses the song from "Kiss". This video I did something different for once. More animation. I like to make videos with animation in it more than just pictures. The song was a strange choice. I came up with the idea a few days ago, but I never thought I would actually use it. To summarize the video, it is a dog that likes to lick food particles. It starts out with him licking some mustard on the floor, then licking various food items off of other character's faces. Making the video was very fun, and it did not take all that long to make.

The featured character is named "Mr. Cola". This character is from 2011. I have only used him once which was in 2013. I made this character just for the sake of making a new character. I only used him once in a video because when I made him I never planned on using him at all. The only video he was in is called "Sweet Home Alabama". Other than that not much. I do plan on using this character again in future videos.

New Video Today

This is me!!>>
New video uploaded just a few moments ago. Click here to watch it. I have some new ideas for videos so those should come out sometime soon. I am thinking of putting more animation into some videos to make them better to watch and not so boring, which I added a little bit on the last video.






 

 The video I uploaded is called "Breaking The Law". It uses the song of the same name by "Judas Priest". The song is a little different than what I usually use in videos. I used Cheese as the character in the video again. Doing various illegal activities. If you watched the video and do not understand what he illegal act he is doing in each the pictures, I will list them. In the first picture he is loitering where a sign says "No loitering". The second is him driving 76 miles per hour where the speed limit is 75. The third picture is him hunting with an expired hunting license. The fourth is him trespassing where a sign says not to. The fith picture is him playing the radio loudly after 10 Pm (the legal limit). The sixth is him "pirating" on the "Pirate Bay". The seventh is him pan handling (begging). The eighth is him lighting off fireworks in Minnesota (Minnesota laws allow only small fireworks to be lit due to fire hazards.) The last few seconds of the video is him in jail. I do not support breaking the law, the video is for entertainment only. This video took longer to make than usual. The drawings are a little messed up because I have not drawn a lot this summer and I am a little rusty. Other than that not much to say about it.

    The featured character is named "Paul". This is another character from 2010. I did not make this character. I chose it out of a video someone made. He is platypus. Which is an odd animal someone would make a list out of. I chose one because Suasagerolls234 did and recommended me to look at the list. In my videos he serves mainly as a news reporter. Only because before I used him as a news reporter, the reporter was just anyone. I have only used this character in a few videos.

New Video Last Night

This is me!!>>
I am finally back after a few months. If you seen the post last night, I explained why I was gone so long. I am making videos again. I did not make a video last week because of an illness. I am planning on making another video very soon. I did make a video last night. Click here to watch it. Since I have not posted for a while, I will briefly explain the videos I have made since the summer started.

 The video I'm Kilroy was uploaded on June 19th. Which is a video I had made a while before I uploaded it. Usually I upload the video the same day after it is finished, that video sat around for a few weeks. Its not great. I was planning on uploading a different video, however the video I was planning to upload that day did not turn out well, and so it needs some of it's issues fixed before I can do that. Happy 4th of July! is obviously my independence day video. It is not great either, I was in a hurry to make it due to many places to go that day and limited time. For audio I used a song by "Boston" which is "their" (I say "their" because only one guy played all the instruments, not the full band). It is a weird video, the picture of the eagle at the end is just a joke because I was looking for a picture of an eagle, and that picture showed up with that stare. Oh No is similar to "I'm Kilroy" as it was made a long time before I uploaded it. I was not planning on uploading it because I did not like it, but then I had nothing else to upload. After that video I took a week off because of the worst illness I ever had.

       The last video I made was last night. This one is better than the last 3 as I actually put some work into it. The song is weird. It is by "Blue Oyster Cult". It seems like a song that someone would listen to while playing "World Of Warcraft". Which is why I used that theme in the video. I put some animation in it because I did not want it to turn out like the "Oh No" video. I also have not made an animation since "School's Out" so I decided to add some here. I had a hard time just to start on the video, once I got started then everything just fell into place. The video is actually inspired by a conversation I had with Suasage.
   The featured character is named "Oscar".

Oscar is one of my earliest characters. He is made out of clay. He is a green blob with two eye balls on the top of his head and a red giant nose. He has no mouth and does not speak. In my videos he does not speak or move, but he does write party invitations. I did not come up with the way he looks. There is a picture on a book called "Beginner's Guide to Animation". Which I have owned for many years. There is a picture of the figure I based him off of on the cover. I have posted a picture of the cover and circled the picture of him. I first made him out of clay and had it look like the one on the cover, and eventually just started putting him into videos. In "Pepper and Kad" I used him just as a silent character that invites them to parties. I was going have an episode with him getting a mouth and talking, but then I stopped making the series and I probably never will continue the series either. I had just found Oscar laying in a pile of pencils and other clay items, and he is looking pretty beat up, which is why it looks like how it does in the picture.

Abused through the years, but now sits on my desk.

Last Day of School!

This is me!!>>
School is out. Today is the last day of school. If you want to get in the spirit of the last day of school, here is a song to listen to. Here is also another one. I made a video using both of those songs. Other than that, there is nothing new.








The video is called "School's Out". It uses both the songs I posted the links to. I was going to make this on the computer, but I decided it would look better on paper. The camera is not nearly as shaky in this one. I remade the stand that holds the camera, which is the reason why there is a better camera angle and less shakiness. It took a really long time to get onto the computer as the software was not loading up. The first half of the video is the "Alice Cooper" song. The second half is the "Boston" song. Both are great songs for summer.

The featured character is named "Bacon". This character has barely been used in a video. Mainly because it is just a plain pig. It does not speak or really do anything. I made this character just to be in the background, so it probably won't be featured in a lot of videos. I did not come up with the name for it.
