This is me!!>>
Happy fall! Anyways, I have uploaded a couple new videos within the last couple of weeks. It took a little while to get them out as I have been a little tight on time lately, however, now that things have smoothed over, I am able to continue doing what I'm doing.
The First video I would like to share is called "Johnny's Therapy." It is a shorter version of what I did back in July, same characters pretty much, and audio only. I only included the word "Johnny" as a visual as the one I previously used bugged me (what with all the proportion issues, and all that jazz). This one I made is a little different than what I usually do. This whole thing was made in a little over an hour. That's right, the WHOLE thing. I basically had a rough idea of what it would be like, then sat down and cranked out a script and read on from there. It only took one take for most of the lines. Also, the fact that there wasn't much to be edited (just sound effects and the phone effect on some of the voices) really sped things along.
The second one is finally another animation. It is called "Dunn Dunn Dunnn." This one I tried a different approach to animating it (using smoother lines). There is not much to it. I hope to continue making more animations, its just that I have not had much ideas lately. Plus, I want to improve my other skills. I want to draw better, so I am drawing every single day now, and really working on proportions and everything. I want my voice acting skills to be better, so I'm doing more of that. Also, something a little non-Youtube related, I'm painting more to get better at it. The key to improve at any skill is practice, practice, practice! Which is what I'm doing. I haven't done any digital artwork for awhile, so eventually I will get into that.

Now, don't kill me for that title. Fall is approaching, as much as we all hate to admit it, it's true. Summer only has a couple weeks left. Anyways, as the weather cools down and we move into the last few months of the year, I thought I should update everyone on what to expect to happen on the Youtube channel.
The first thing is that I am planning on improving my work to be more presentable. Most of what I have done this summer are just joke videos or some small experimentation and testing a few new things. This Fall I am planning on getting more serious and use what I learn to produce higher quality content. This includes my animation, drawings, voice acting, sound and video editing, the whole nine yards. Now I have improved vastly on all of these skills over this summer, I just haven't showcased a whole lot of it except for voice acting, plus I did upload a few videos of me drawing a few things, but not much else. I am still trying to get used to this tablet, I just really haven't used it a whole lot since I've installed it, in the meantime I have focused on drawing in general, just to get really good at it, and I have improved a lot at it, although it's hard to tell as all of this is on paper, and I don't have digital copies. The digital stuff I do have are pretty crappy. So expect a lot of better quality content coming out. Please save this link so you can check back to see new videos.
In other news, you may have noticed something if you've visited my channel within the last few weeks; I have updated everything! I have a new icon, channel art, AND a new channel trailer. I did this just to refresh everything. I had the same icon since 2010, and quite frankly it wasn't all that great, plus I didn't even design it, I just grabbed a base from someone and colored it in. However, it isn't gone completely, there is a little version of it in my current icon just for familiarity. My channel art and channel trailer have been updated because both have been the same since 2013. I have improved a lot since 2013, additionally, a lot of the samples that I included in the trailer and the characters on the channel art haven't really been used much in the past year (which if you're wondering, I'm working on developing a new style for them, just so everything looks neater). All in all, everything is taken care of now, and all of this should last me for a good while.
Now that all that can be said in terms of updates have been said, I might as well explain what atrocities I have created in the past few weeks.
The first is the channel trailer, which is very self explanatory. I updated the samples that I used, but I kept the same song in the background since I feel it suits the video and overall theme of my channel.
The next one is called "Frolic." This one uses a new character that I made. This isn't a serious video. I actually was going to use it as a test of a run cycle, however I made a critical mistake, and trying to correct said mistake ended up making it even worse. So what do I do? Add an obnoxious, retina scarring, bright green background and call it good... You're welcome.....
The third one is called "Johnny's Problem". This one is sort of an experimental video that I mentioned before. I haven't done a lot of voice acting for a little while, so I just made this to keep my skills from degrading. Now, the voices actually turned out pretty bad. It sounds as if I have a cold or something (the "texture" of my voice seems very "blocky" in this). Johnny's voice sounds less like Johnny. Marky's voice sounds a lot deeper than what it usually is, and Dikki doesn't sound like him. Jeramey's voice is the only one that didn't have too much of an issue, however there was one. For the visual aspect, I tried doing what's called "thumbnailing" where it's a rough storyboard in a basic sense. It's just there to keep pacing and capture angles, and the characters themselves are just extremely rough sketches.
