Alright, so its been a month since I last posted. I have uploaded about 7 videos since then, they are: Ridin' The Elevator, Move It On Over, GIMMIE FRIED CHICKEN, DANCE!, You Can't Always Get What You Want, Crash, and my newest video, which I actually speak in: Sunday Night Fever.
For the last two years now, I had pretty much done the same thing on my channel. I had just used bits and pieces from songs, or other sound effects, which gets repetitive. I came to the decision to take the channel in a new direction, not that I will abandon what I have been doing, but I will add more variety. Its been a very long time since I had spoken in a video. I have only done so on a few occasions these past few years. I have decided to do some more speaking in videos. The video I just uploaded called "Sunday Night Fever" is the newest video where I speak in. Hopefully this will make my videos more entertaining. I have loads of new ideas, and I will be sure to get them all posted very soon.
The first video is called "Ridin' The Elevator." It's just a simple animation with elevator music in the background. Nothing much to it at all.
The second video is called "Move It On Over." This one does not have animation in it. There is nothing much to this one at all either. I mainly focused on drawing the ugly wife.
The third video is my Easter video, it is called "GIMMIE FRIED CHICKEN." The lyrics to the song actually do say "fried chicken" just read the lyrics here. For this one the animation originally looked bland, so I decided to invert the colors which came out with that crazy effect.
The fourth video is called "DANCE!" This one is just a joke based off of a drawing that I did. I didn't know what song to put in because just about any song could fit, so I just found one and used it.
The fith one is "You Can't Always Get What You Want." This one is just about a fish that wanted legs, and finally grew some, only to realize he was just daydreaming and he never actually had legs at all.
The sixth one is called "Crash." This one I tried to make a more complex animation. That is really all that there is to it. He bounces a ball, gets hit by it and falls to the ground. I made this video because I felt that I hadn't done something like this in awhile.
The seventh and final video is called "Sunday Night Fever." I don't know how I came up with the name, it really has nothing to do with the video, and it is a parody of some movie I never watched (or would ever want to watch). This one I voiced myself. I did all of the voices in it. It only took me one take for most of the lines, and I only made some minor edits to the audio which are really not even noticeable. The goal was to use as many weird voices as possible and have a plot line that does not even make sense. I wrote the script last night, and recorded the audio this morning. There is not really any animation in it, I mainly focused on the voice, I didn't want to spend time putting in a lot of animation because it would take time and be distracting. I am planning on making more videos like this in the future.
